What is your processing time?
Standard processing time is 1-2 weeks. During sales orders may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Processing time is the amount of time it takes me to print, cut, and pack your order.
How long will be order take to arrive once shipped?
Standard shipping is Canada Post letter-mail (no tracking). At checkout you will have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping, which I highly recommend for large and international orders.
Below is the delivery estimates for standard letter-mail:
Domestic: 3-16 business days
USA: 5-25 business days
International: 10-40 business days
If the above timeline has passed and your order has not arrived please contact me to work out a solution. Once I have dispatched your order it is the responsibility of the mail carrier, but I will always do my best to sort out any issues that may arise.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Orders can be cancelled/refunded within 24 hours of being placed. The only exception to that would be if you have received a dispatch notification, or you placed a custom order which I have begun working on.
I do not accept returns. If you have any concerns with your order (I am not perfect - mistakes can happen), please contact me via email: jessica@jesszplans.com, and I will work with you to make it right.
